Here you will be empowered and encouraged to join the "conversations, witness effective communication processes, engage in activities, shift away from unhelpful perceptions, and gain real listening skills. The desire is to begin to hear your heart and the heart of others intentionally; listen with an intent to hear.
Remember, “You can’t eat religion and grits won’t get you to heaven™” ... both things are true. So let’s go higher and deeper together. Let’s have a blast along the journey. I believe there is a rest for your soul: (heart, mind, body, and soul) in this world and after. Communication, reflection, outreach, gratitude, generosity, and intentions are key components for growth.
I have given up fear, given up doubt, and given myself to this cause, as part of an extension of my work. “My work is my service.” I want to make a difference, help somebody, change the world!! If only a piece of it. Change requires that we would be better. We do not apologize for kindness, integrity, truth, faith, love, and acceptance. We are called to this.
