LIFE can be challenging, fulfilling, fun, adventurous, heartbreaking, and meaningful all at the same time. We can’t afford to let the words of others or the voices in our head plant seeds of doubt, hate, discouragement, failure, or fear. The products of these seeds are hard to pluck out once they grow. We can however, learn how to resist and remove the seed and/or the impending roots. We can avoid the seed from ever taking root if we know how. We can keep moving forward, speaking truth to power, hold on and walk in faith, keep our optimism, and find/build courage; All through TRUTH

Within the Heavenly Grits community you will find the heart, work, intention, and acceptance you need and want. In your quest to identify your purpose, gifts, and WHY needed to lift up your head, perspective, understanding, and outlook. You'll find here: help, a non-judgmental environment, acceptance, intention, community, and care.  You will be seen and heard. Talk Therapy is always available.
